Rates & Payments
Your rate depends on several different factors. Get a quote here. environments3 reserves the right to adjust client rates at any time.
Payment is due at the time services are rendered. Cash, check, ACH, direct bank transfers and credit card payments accepted. Processing fees may apply. Clients must have a valid credit card on file to receive services. If you are paying with cash or check, please leave it on the kitchen counter for our team to collect. On the occasion that we arrive and there is no payment set out, we will contact you right away. If we do not receive a response, we will submit payment with the credit card on file. If that fails and we cannot receive payment at the time of the service, we will reschedule your cleaning and you will be charged with a cancellation fee. For some clients, monthly billing is more convenient, please make arrangement prior to the service.
Skips & Cancellations
We understand that special occasions arise and you may need your cleaning service to be skipped. For this reason, we provide all clients with two complimentary skips per calendar year. Additional cancellations will result in a $50 fee. Our consistent service is how we maintain the cleanliness and healthiness of your home. A skip may increase your rate if we are required to spend extra time in order to bring your home back to environments3 level of maintenance.
We ask that you give our team adequate notice if you should need to skip your service. A $75 fee will be applied if you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled cleaning.
