Edward

Edward Anderson is a long term resident of Alachua County. A father of two. An avid outdoorsman, interests include: backpacking, hiking, marksmanship, aquaculture and horticulture. Domestic and international travel are also highly prized past times. environments3 residential services has been in operation in Gainesville, Florida for 17 years. Owned and operated by Mr. Anderson, environments3 personifies his commitment towards client relations through identification of the ideal customer’s need for work-life-balance and the desire to keep their valuable home assets professionally maintained. Mr Anderson applies has extensive background in process engineering, cross contamination prevention and quality assurance as a basis for staff education, adherence to guidelines and a procedure driven culture in order to enrich the everyday lives of busy professionals and schedule dense families. environments3 teams complete their service modalities with reproducible results and stellar customer satisfaction at each interaction. “Our business employs a client facing approach. Heather

Heather Barrs joined environments3 in 2019 as the Employee Liasion. In this role her responsibilities are recruiting, hiring, supporting and retaining employees. Ms.Barrs uses proven methods of training standardization, compensation benchmarks, performance evaluation, safety protocols and quaility control measures that guarantee a well-tained, prepared team of experts is at the ready to provide a standard of service excellence to clients. Job stasifaction, employee engagement, oraganizational culture and resolving workplace conflict are Ms. Barrs key strengths that support personal and professional development of all staff. Heather's ability to act with intergrity, professionalism and confidentiality serve as a "lead by example" model for employees.

Heather earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Stetson University, an Asssociate of Nursing Degree and human resources certificate from Santa Fe College.

Heather's interests include gardening, cooking, travel, live music and dancing. She has volunteered on medical mission trips to Hounduras, Haiti and served numerous shifts as a voulnteer first aid responder for art and music events.

 
 
 

Savannah

Savannah is a recent transplant from Daytona in 2020 but originally hales from Southern Maryland. She prefers Gainesville's lush green spaces like Kanapah Botanical Gardens and Paynes Prairie over the sun blazing beaches. Along those lines, being outdoors in nature, hiking and gardening are some of her favorite interests. With her prized four day work week she enjoys reading fantasy and drama novels. Savannah is currently environments3 Blue Team House Manager.

 
 
 

Tori

Victoria, or “Tori” as she prefers to be called, recently relocated from busy West Palm Beach to be closer to her friends and family, including a newly born baby making her a first time aunt. She enjoys Gainesville’s growing music scene, local festivals and loves to hike, swim and explore our natural surroundings

Tori applied her entrepreneurial spirit as the owner/operator of her tile installation company. Her experience working with customers to design, create and install backsplashes reinforced her creativity and confidence in her skills. At environments3, as a House Manager, Tori appreciates the camaraderie amongst teammates and the satisfaction of turning a cluttered home into a sparkling environment

 
 
 

Maxine

You may pass “Max” hiking on one of her favorite trails, Devil’s Millhopper. She loves hiking on the Florida flats and in the mountains which feeds her passion for travel. When she is not outside, she enjoys reading comics and graphic novels.

Max is from Lake Worth Beach and is the oldest of ten in a blended family. Perhaps this explains why she started working at fourteen years old by being a baby sitter? Currently, she says “I love working with all of the "e3 ladies" who are just as passionate about cleaning as I am. All of the pets are a big plus too!”

Jenny

Jenny lives on a large family farm in Alachua with her husband and two daughters. They thoroughly enjoy farm life with cows, mud and sunshine. She can often be found drilling stadium steps at Ben Hill Griffin Stadium. She loves pushing her healthy lifestyle and energy into her personal and professional efforts. Her leadership is reinforced by years of experience within the service industries. She is the epitome of a healthy lifestyle and knows how to deliver on customer desires. She is polishing her skills as a environments3 Production Manager.

 
 
 

Kat

Kat beams with Arizona sunshine as she uses her extensive sewing, costume design and crafting knowledge in each home she cleans. Her attention to detail is amplified due to the varied themes, decor, architecture and art in client's homes. Kat's skill set has quickly earned her advancement to a House Manager position at environments3 . On numerous occasions she has said, "This job gives me the time I need to work on my goals and advance my crafting passions on my days off." When she isn't tackling work, she enjoys her small-town-life with her six pets including hunting dogs, kittens and a bird.

 
 
 

Sandy

As a child, Sandy immigrated from Mexico to New Jersey with her parents and three brothers. Later, Sandy moved to Miami and then Gainesville.

"I'm a bit of a homebody" she says,  "which makes it easy to take care of my daughter, cats, guinea pigs and numerous plants." In fact, Sandy's green thumb grew into a job at Home Depot in the Lawn and Garden Department and one of her favorite places to frequent is Kanapaha Botanical Gardens.  Setting up displays, arranging plants and understanding lighting assists her aesthetic when performing the House Manager role.  As a manager,  she relays the "family first mindfulness and accommodating schedule at environments3 are important."
